Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor Opportunity

Brandon James Ltd, a specialist law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join their award-winning team in Gloucester. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, while contributing to the professional development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex residential conveyancing caseloads with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Handle tasks including leasehold work, lease extensions, SDLT requirements, and more.
  • Develop and manage junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Build strong client relationships and develop new business with estate agents and brokers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing complex residential conveyancing caseloads.
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas such as residential conveyancing, leasehold and lease extensions, transfers of equity, and dealing with unregistered properties.
  • Experience in dealing with SDLT requirements and restrictions or cautions lodged against properties.
  • A proven ability to develop and manage junior staff members.
  • Demonstrable experience in building strong client relationships and developing new business with estate agents and brokers.
