About the Role

Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to lead our Paid Search efforts and drive growth in this high-performing marketing channel.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Paid Search and will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns, optimizing current campaigns, and leading a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement campaign strategies to drive growth in the Paid Search channel
  2. Manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns across search partners
  3. Collaborate with creative and content teams to execute Paid Search campaigns
  4. Measure and improve key performance indicators such as Impressions, CTR, CPC, Conversion, Lead Quality, Spend, etc
  5. Lead and mentor a team to develop their individual growth and success

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Paid Search experience
  • AdWords/Bing Ads Certified
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
