Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Surgical Department Manager. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for managing both the inpatient and Day care wards.

You will need to have strong clinical leadership experience in a surgical ward setting and be able to provide guidance and support to staff members.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care

  • NMC Registration
  • Clinical Leadership experience in a surgical ward setting
