Job Title: CRM Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized CRM Executive to join our growing team at Playtech. As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in the management of day-to-day CRM and promotional campaigns across various websites, including Sun Bingo and The Sun Vegas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging promotional assets to drive customer engagement.
  • Support the execution of the day-to-day tasks outlined in the CRM Plan, ensuring seamless campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with the team to create the Weekly & Monthly CRM Plan, aligning with business objectives.
  • Analyze promotion performance data to provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Provide second-line support to the Customer Services Team, handling operational escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Promotions teams to ensure smooth delivery of promotional communications to customers.
  • Support the Digital Marketing team to deliver product-focused marketing activities, achieving required financial KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong creative writing skills to support the brands' vision and style.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a strong command of the English Language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
