About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crop Applications Advisor to join our team at SOYL, a division of Frontier Agriculture Ltd. As a key member of our applications team, you will play a vital role in delivering expert advice and services to growers to improve the economic, agronomic, and environmental performance of their farm business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to gather key information for the processing of their fertiliser recommendations
  • Respond to, monitor, and resolve customer and sales team enquiries via telephone and email
  • Apply technical knowledge to support customers and process fertiliser recommendations using in-house, bespoke software
  • Create variable rate GPS fertiliser spreading files and troubleshoot problems with GPS fertiliser spreading files
  • Maintain our customer database and company CRM system
