Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with event setup and coordination as needed.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure seamless experience for our clients.
  • Covering Front of House roles when required.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues related to the workplace team's scope.
  • Logging and responding to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Conducting weekly building walks to assess maintenance needs.
  • Monitoring stationery and consumable stock levels, placing orders as necessary.
  • Coordinating internal moves within the building with the workplace team.
  • Working with the Building Operations team to report and resolve H&S equipment defects.
  • Supporting the Facilities Coordinator with vendor management and soft services.
  • Maintaining manuals, handbooks, and guidance notes.
  • Managing day-to-day mail operations, including deliveries and inquiries.
  • Being aware of basic procedures, courier suppliers, and external key contacts.
  • Ordering mail-related supplies as needed.
  • Other tasks and duties as required.
