Revenue Management Strategist

Accor is seeking a highly skilled Multi Hotel Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Team based in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing revenue management strategies across a defined portfolio of hotels.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Management Strategies: Develop and implement revenue management strategies to drive revenue growth across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's global corporate strategy.
- Main Tasks: Deliver exceptional customer service, create individual hotel strategies to boost revenue streams, and maximize key performance indicators (KPIs) through the C.A.D.R.E method. Ensure revenue management systems and tools are properly implemented and maintained.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors in terms of content, pricing, and strategy to identify opportunities to improve market share.
- Forecast: Develop short- and long-term revenue forecasts to identify areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability.
- Reports & Meetings: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and hold regular meetings with hotel teams to analyze special event periods and improve results.
- Support: Provide guidance and support to hotels on business and leisure rate collections, distribution contracts, and group evaluations.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the regional revenue manager, commercial development team, and local teams, ensuring clear communication and instruction.
- Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in the tourism industry.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proactivity, persuasion, flexibility, and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a sense of relationship and team support.
