We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elderly Companion to join our team at Home Instead. As an Elderly Companion, you will provide personalized support and companionship to elderly individuals in their own homes, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be to visit clients in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour, engaging in activities that promote emotional wellbeing, social interaction, and community involvement. You will communicate effectively with families and nurses, ensuring seamless care delivery and regular updates on client progress.

Benefits and Salary:

In return for your dedication and compassion, you will receive a competitive salary starting from £12.00ph, with a weekend flat rate of £12.50. Enjoy additional benefits such as paid travel, wait times, mileage, and nationally accredited ongoing learning and development.
