At Home Instead, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Companion Caregiver to join our team. As a Companion Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly individuals in their own homes, providing companionship, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, has a full driving license, and means of transport. The successful candidate will be required to visit clients in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour, supporting with various needs, including meal preparation, emotional wellbeing, social events, and trips out in the community.
Salary and Benefits:
The hourly rate for this position starts from £12.00, with a weekend flat rate of £12.50. In addition to competitive pay, you will also enjoy benefits such as paid travel, wait times, mileage, employee recognition, and nationally accredited ongoing learning and development.
