Job Description

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Companion to support our elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting regular clients for a minimum of 1 hour to support with various needs, including meal preparation, emotional wellbeing, social events, and trips out in the community.
  • Communicating with families and nurses as part of the care team if required.
  • Being creative in ways that can enhance and bring joy to someone's life.
  • Participating in quarterly team meetings to support each other in our roles.
