Job Description:

Company Overview:

Trust Education is a reputable provider of education services, committed to delivering high-quality support to students and teachers alike.

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEND in a classroom setting
  • Delivering small group work and adapting lessons to meet individual needs
  • Fostering positive relationships with staff and students
  • Working collaboratively with teachers to achieve educational goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in teaching assistance (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in childcare)
  • UK experience as a teaching assistant
  • An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to complete a new DBS
