About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role involves the administration of clinical correspondence, including checking content for accuracy, applying the correct letter templates, and ensuring relevant associated information is included.

The successful candidate will have a good standard of spoken English, strong IT skills in relation to Microsoft packages, including Word and Microsoft Teams, and knowledge of medical terminology. Experience of working in a busy environment, dealing with peaks of high workload, and problem-solving is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking administration of clinical correspondence
  • Providing typing services for multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Liaising with clinicians and other relevant staff

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including free on-site parking, free tea and coffee, flexible working opportunities, and an extensive staff health and well-being programme.
