About the PositionThis senior-level role oversees the development of strategic plans, manages annual fundraising campaigns, and cultivates relationships with major donors, Board members, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of progressive development leadership experience, with a proven track record in fundraising, financial oversight, and strategic planning in a nonprofit setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure a minimum of $600,000 annually.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major donors, ensuring significant foundation applications and new revenue streams.
- Lead the Foundation staff, overseeing recruitment, professional development initiatives, and collaborating with school leadership and the Board of Directors.
Salary: $120,000 with competitive benefits aligned with industry standards. The successful candidate will report directly to the Board of Directors and collaborate closely with school leadership, working collaboratively with various committees and Foundation staff.
