Salary


The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £180 per day, equating to £1,260 per week. This generous remuneration package reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent in this field.



About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist our client with day-to-day living, managing health needs, and helping her to lead an independent life. This role requires someone who is gentle, patient, fun, and happy to support our client in enjoying her life as much as possible.



Key Responsibilities


As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:



  • Providing personalized support and care to our client, including assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Accompanying our client on outings and social engagements, promoting her independence and well-being.
  • Managing our client's schedule, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments and activities.
  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment, adhering to our client's preferences and needs.


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A full and clean UK driving license, with experience driving wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our client and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine interest in supporting individuals with unique needs.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience or training in personal care or a related field.
