Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist

Boyd Recruitment is working with a leading company in the energy, renewable, and telecommunication sectors to find a Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist.
The role involves ensuring the company's health, safety, and environmental policies are followed through regular inspections and auditing. You will be responsible for providing and organizing health and safety training and ensuring the company takes all reasonable measures to provide a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety audits and site inspections to identify hazards and report them to those responsible.
- Ensure delivery of the company's health and safety objectives and targets.
- Review regulations and update site policies and procedures accordingly.
- Investigate occurrences and complaints of potential hazards.
- Have detailed knowledge of emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
- CCNSG Safety Passport (Not Essential)
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (NEBOSH Construction an advantage)
- Membership of IOSH (Not Essential)
