Job Title: Global Media and Customer Voice Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Media and Customer Voice Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our Digital Energy division, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive media and influence strategy that showcases our brand and thought leadership in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic media and PR campaigns that align with our business objectives and strengthen our brand presence.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality press releases that drive media coverage and engagement.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to produce timely and impactful articles that position us as industry leaders.
  • Source and develop compelling customer stories that address gaps in our library and align with our strategic priorities.
  • Manage media relations, including press conferences, events, and external PR agencies, to deliver high-quality content on budget and on time.
  • Support executives in media interviews and speaking engagements, providing clear briefing documents and research-backed content.
  • Measure and optimize our media and influence strategy to ensure maximum impact.

Requirements:

  • Diverse communications experience with a proven track record of successful outcomes from communications activities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and working in international matrix organizations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and earn buy-in from people outside their hierarchy.
  • Excellent writing, articulation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior leaders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize work methodically and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
