We are partnering with a leading healthcare provider to find a skilled Paid Media Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that makes a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective paid media strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Own landing pages and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for paid campaigns, using Hubspot templates and tools to drive conversions.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve campaign ROI.
- Plan and roll-out test and learn roadmaps for paid media initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, new ad formats, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution through engaging ad creatives, effective ad-copy, and compelling landing pages.
- Manage budgets (£80k+ per month) and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
- Provide regular performance reports and analysis to key stakeholders.
- Forecast monthly spend and performance targets using modeling of relevant KPIs.
- Explore new channels (WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.) to expand paid reach and effectiveness.
Ideal Experience:
- Hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Experience with bid management tools and attribution modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and work to deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics.
