Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at CSC Recruitment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our homeowners, ensuring a smooth experience from the handover of their new home through to resolving any post-completion issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns regarding their new home via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of post-completion issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate service visits and repairs, providing customers with updates throughout the process.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the property or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused and professional approach.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer management systems.
