We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Change and Transformation Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of our People Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale people change projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with project owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement programme management approaches that deliver meaningful results.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to refine and re-develop our people processes, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various functions across the business, managing matrix project teams with confidence and navigating stakeholder management complexities.
  • Own the project reporting framework, ensuring project owners maintain accountability for their initiatives and developing high-level reporting summaries for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure resource allocation is effective and prioritized, particularly in situations where resources are scarce.
  • Lead the process of measuring success against our three-year People Strategy, delivered through the annual plan, and facilitate the annual planning process to establish the delivery plan for the upcoming year.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in leading and managing people-related change projects, ranging from simple to highly complex, within a nationally dispersed business.
  • Strong project management skills, with a deep understanding of project management tools and methodologies, and technical competence in MS Office and other project management software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate differing needs and requirements, and a clear and assertive communication style.
