To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Fluency in German or Swiss German">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment">
  • Experience working with customers via phone, email, and other digital channels">
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software">

Working Environment

This role involves working a shift pattern, with one day per month spent in our St Neots office. We offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate the needs of our customers and our team members.
