About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our network of customers, resolving queries, and processing orders.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner">
- Process orders and changes accurately and efficiently">
- Build relationships with customers and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction">
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
">- Fluency in German or Swiss German">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Ability to work independently in a home-based environment">
- Experience working with customers via phone, email, and other digital channels">
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software">
Working Environment
">This role involves working a shift pattern, with one day per month spent in our St Neots office. We offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate the needs of our customers and our team members.
