Job Description:

The role of the Payroll and Pension Administrator at Nano Fibre UK involves managing and processing payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with UK legislation. This includes overseeing the company's pension schemes, ensuring contributions and auto-enrolment are handled correctly, and providing support to employees regarding payroll and pensions.

This position requires a strong understanding of UK payroll processes and legislation, as well as experience using payroll software and Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting. The successful candidate will have excellent numerical and data entry skills, with a high degree of accuracy, and be able to manage deadlines effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and review payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC regulations.
  • Input and verify employee data, including bonuses, overtime, and statutory payments.
  • Ensure timely submission of Real Time Information (RTI) to HMRC.
  • Handle payroll deductions, such as National Insurance, PAYE, student loans, and pension contributions.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and queries from employees or management.
