Payroll Operations Specialist

Page Personnel Sales is seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing payroll information, resolving discrepancies, and providing payroll information to employees.
In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to ensure that all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in payroll management, including compensation packages and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain payroll information, including collection, calculation, and entry of data.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
- Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests from employees.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar Payroll Administrator position is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry is required.
Benefits:
- This is a full-time and permanent role with a salary of £38,500.
- We offer hybrid working arrangements, with one day a week spent in the office.
