Your Role as a Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sanitation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient cleaning service and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality cleaning services to maintain our properties to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with the external areas team as required to ensure seamless operations
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Maintain accurate records and report any issues or concerns promptly

Requirements

  • A strong background in cleaning, preferably with experience in estate management
  • A valid driving license, essential for your role
  • A working knowledge of COSHH regulations and the safe use of chemicals in public spaces
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently

Compensation Package

  • A competitive salary, around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • PPE and full uniform provided
  • A pension scheme with matched contributions up to 7%
