Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing:
    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
    • Maintain payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and other relevant data.
    • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
  • System Implementation and Transition:
    • Play a key role in the transition from ADP to CloudPay, including data migration, system testing, and validation.
    • Collaborate with the HRIS team, IT, and external vendors to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of CloudPay.
    • Provide training and support to HR and finance teams on the new CloudPay system.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations across the EMEA region.
    • Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports and other required documentation.
    • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
    • Implement best practices in payroll management and ensure continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.
    • Stay up-to-date with payroll trends, legislation changes, and system updates to ensure the company remains compliant and efficient.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on payroll-related matters.
    • Liaise with external payroll vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality service and compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience being hands on with EMEA payroll payroll.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP or Cloudpay.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
