About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and collaborative individual to join our team as a Community Participation and Volunteering Lead. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the General Manager across the portfolio with key aspects of community engagement and participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead on all strategic aims and plans related to working with collaborators in our communities, with the support of our Visitor Operations Managers, Countryside Managers, and Project Managers.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with property colleagues, partners, and collaborators in communities across the Northumberland Coast & Hadrian's Wall Country.
- Use strong people skills to develop staff and volunteers with their confidence and capabilities in strategic areas.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and engage them with our strategic aims.
About the Team
You will be part of the Property Leadership Team, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals. We are committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong. We welcome and value diversity, and we want our teams to reflect the communities and audiences we serve.
