Rubber Duck Cars is seeking an experienced Preparation and Painting Technician to join our Haverhill site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for the painting process, performing minor body repairs, and ensuring all vehicles meet our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Preparation: Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
- Minor Repairs: Perform minor body repairs as needed to ensure vehicles are ready for paint application.
- Quality Control: Ensure all vehicles meet our quality expectations by following strict preparation and painting procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our paint team to ensure a smooth transition from preparation to painting.
- Health and Safety: Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Efficiency and Organization: Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain organized work areas.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Preparation and Painting Technician in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of prepping techniques, experience working with various materials, and excellent attention to detail.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
