About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Support Worker to join our team in Blackpool. As a key member of our Tenancy Support Service, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers to source and maintain their tenancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet customers in the community and in their homes, working with them to achieve their goals and ensure the right support is in place.
  • Work with other agencies and stakeholders across Blackpool to support and problem-solve issues that our customers may be experiencing.
  • Network with other agencies to ensure customers have access to the best support possible.
  • Support customers to put the right support in place with their other needs, such as health and mental health.
  • Identify and deal with safeguarding concerns.
  • Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews.
