The successful candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting students with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to individualized learning styles and goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Baston House School is an independent day specialist provider of education and care for young people and adults aged 5 to 19 years who have been diagnosed with Autism (ASC). Our school ensures that our environment supports learning and promotes the well-being of pupils and staff through a strong sense of community cohesion.

Outcomes First Group is proud to offer a competitive salary of up to £43,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
