We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at a Main dealership near Wolverhampton.

Job Role: Vehicle Service Advisor

Salary: £24,000 basic, depending on experience, with an OTE of £30,000

Hours: To be confirmed

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing customers with professional advice on service and repair work required for their vehicles
  • Estimating costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
  • Selling additional products to customers as needed
  • Coordinating timescales and collection arrangements
  • Preparing and completing job cards on our in-house computer system
  • Updating customer and vehicle records
  • Documenting warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a motor garage or dealership
  • A full driving license

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong customer rapport, and the ability to deliver high CSI results. If you are a motivated and confident individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
