About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GenAI Training and Development Lead to join our team at Baker McKenzie. As a key member of our Knowledge and Learning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing GenAI training strategies that meet the needs of our stakeholders and add real value to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement GenAI training strategies that align with our Firm and Knowledge strategies, working closely with our L&L and Technology training teams.
  • Oversee the governance of GenAI training content throughout its lifecycle, ensuring adherence to appropriate policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Design and deliver GenAI training programs that meet the needs of our attorneys and Knowledge professionals, including mandatory training and ongoing education.
  • Work with our L&L and Technology training teams to ensure the findability and accessibility of live and on-demand GenAI training resources.
  • Establish proactive feedback and ongoing development of training materials, ensuring that user feedback is incorporated and the customer experience is improved.
  • Ensure GenAI training is accessible and inclusive for all, and build new and develop existing relationships in the Knowledge, L&L, and Technology communities and business.
  • Drive change and efficiency across the Firm about the adoption and use of GenAI, using appropriate change management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience with GenAI and other AI tools in a professional environment.
  • Ability to work well with others and to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders quickly.
  • Experience in facilitating groups and training, with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in leading and managing projects and people, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and a sense of urgency.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.
