About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GenAI Training and Development Lead to join our team at Baker McKenzie. As a key member of our Knowledge and Learning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing GenAI training strategies and plans that meet the needs of our stakeholders and add real value to our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement GenAI training strategies and plans that align with our Firm and Knowledge strategies.
  • Work closely with our L&L and Technology training teams to ensure seamless collaboration and output of GenAI training products and services.
  • Design, govern, and structure GenAI training to ensure quality and alignment with policy and best practice.
  • Deliver GenAI training in line with our Firm's generative AI program goals, including integration of mandatory training and ongoing education.
  • Ensure GenAI training is accessible and inclusive for all.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive change and efficiency across the Firm regarding GenAI adoption and use.

Requirements

  • Significant experience with GenAI and other AI tools in a professional environment.
  • Ability to work well with others and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in facilitating groups and training.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in leading and managing projects and people.
  • Comfortable working in a large and complex matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and a sense of urgency in setting strategies and executing against objectives.
