Job Title: GenAI Integration Manager

Join Baker McKenzie, a leading global law firm, as we embark on an exciting journey to integrate GenAI solutions across our organization. As a GenAI Integration Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our firmwide GenAI Program.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to coordinate and oversee the implementation of GenAI solutions tailored to our lawyer, practice, and sector-specific requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing comprehensive support for the firmwide GenAI Program, including the lawyer and client services workstreams
  2. Acting as a subject matter expert in GenAI for lawyer-specific requirements, ensuring that GenAI solutions and collected use cases meet business needs
  3. Coordinating testing, evaluation, use case development, the deployment and safe use of GenAI products for legal work, ensuring adherence to policies, governance, and processes
  4. Conducting and supporting GenAI product risk assessments
  5. Collaborating with various stakeholders to pilot and execute projects to ensure project milestones are met within set timelines, budget, and quality criteria. Ensuring all workstreams comply with the established project timelines and budgets
  6. Ensuring continuous monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the effectiveness and return on investment of GenAI implementations, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements
  7. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all GenAI product deployments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Relevant undergraduate degree
  2. Proven experience in project coordination and management
  3. Experience with GenAI solutions and leading GenAI evaluation and implementation projects is highly desirable
  4. Excellent collaboration skills and comfortable with an agile and iterative testing and implementation process that includes accepting and addressing feedback from a diverse stakeholder group
  5. Extensive experience in a legal environment (desirable)
  6. Able to prioritize and work to tight deadlines and manage own and others' workload
  7. Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, also individually
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
  9. Strong communication and presenting skills, including the ability to liaise with people across the business at all levels
  10. Meticulous attention to detail
