Learning Disability Assistant Lead

A highly regarded college in Redbridge is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This full-time or part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive educational environment.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will work closely with students aged 16-21, developing tailored lesson plans to meet their individual needs. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing teaching strategies to support students with SEN.
- Collaborating with tutors to ensure seamless student support.
- Providing regular progress updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
