Job Description

As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This may include assistance with daily tasks, emotional support, and promoting social interaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be caring, compassionate, and able to work flexibly. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with our clients and other members of the team.

Benefits

As a support worker with Home Instead, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £9.75 per hour (up to 6pm) and £10 per hour after 6pm and on weekends. We also offer paid mileage, paid travel time, and bank holidays at double time. Additionally, you will receive a workplace pension with a 3% employer contribution, access to the Blue Light Card discount scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
