Job Description

As a support worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. This may include assisting with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and helping our clients maintain their independence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible, friendly, caring, and compassionate. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

As a support worker with Home Instead, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £9.75 per hour (up to 6pm) and £10 per hour after 6pm and on weekends. We also offer paid mileage, paid travel time, and bank holidays at double time. Additionally, you will receive a workplace pension with a 3% employer contribution, access to the Blue Light Card discount scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
