The Role

This is a Customer Relationship Specialist position that involves supporting customers, architects, interior designers, and contractors through the product selection and order management process.

The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding key drivers, and contributing to business development.

  • The ideal candidate will develop long-lasting relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and act in their best interest to ensure high standards are met.
  • They will provide a unique and bespoke service to each client, advising on the best products and offering specialist insight and guidance.
  • Responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, supporting orders, providing samples and quotes, and ensuring a smooth sales order process.
  • Key skills include strong communication skills, the ability to secure good relationships at all levels, and the ability to execute and deliver the company's strategic goals.
