Job Description

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join their team in Stamford. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects independently, with a focus on multi-million industrial schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Prepare and present tender applications, proposals, and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Resolve complex problems and issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to projects.
  • Liaise with clients to develop strong relationships and ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • ARB registered and in good standing.
  • Proven experience using Revit software, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to run own projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding of steel frames and cladding systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative solutions.
  • Progressive individual with a strong desire to advance their career and take on new challenges.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
