Project Architect Job Description

Bennett and Game Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to join a reputable architectural practice based in Stamford. With over 23 years of experience, our client has established a strong reputation in the industry, working with leading blue-chip retail companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage projects independently, focusing on multi-million industrial schemes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Work on all RIBA stages, ensuring seamless project delivery
  • Prepare tender applications and presentations to secure new projects
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction, ensuring timely completion
  • Liaise with clients to develop key relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • ARB registered
  • Proven experience using Revit software
  • Ability to run own projects, demonstrating strong project management skills
  • Understanding of steel frames and cladding systems is desirable
  • Excellent design skills, with a focus on creating innovative and functional designs
  • Progressive individual looking to advance their career in a dynamic and encouraging environment
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, committed to delivering high-quality results
  • Commutable distance to Stamford, with easy access to public transportation
