Project Architect Position

Bennett and Game Recruitment is proud to partner with a reputable architectural practice based in Stamford, seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join their dynamic team. With over 23 years of experience, our client has established a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results in the industrial and commercial sectors.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on multi-million-pound industrial schemes, utilizing Revit software to drive project success. Our client offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000, including a progression plan, support programme, healthcare, over 30 days annual leave, gym access, and access to a discount code platform.
Project Architect Responsibilities- Oversee and manage projects independently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Work on all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
- Prepare tender applications and presentations to secure new business
- Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction, ensuring timely completion
- Liaise with clients to develop key relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- ARB registered
- Proven experience using Revit software
- Ability to run own projects, with a strong focus on project management
- Understanding of steel frames and cladding systems is desirable
- Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Progressive individual looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment
- Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
