Job Opportunity: Environmental Consultant

We are partnering with a leading environmental consultancy to find a skilled Environmental Consultant to join their team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting various surveys, including Phase 1 and 2 Habitat (NVC) Surveys, protected species surveying, and baseline surveys. They will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborate with Planners and Architects, and establish and lead an Ecology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to support the company's growing residential planning pipeline.
• Perform baseline surveys and produce Habitat Management Plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with Planners and Architects on various projects.
• Establish and lead an Ecology team.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in an environmental-related field.
• Be a member of CIEEM.
• Have experience in Phase 1 and 2 Habitat (NVC) Surveys and protected species surveying.
• Be motivated to build and lead a team.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
