Job Description

As an Executive Operations Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting Annual Budgets and Forecasts: Collaborate with senior leaders to establish annual budgets, deliver forecasts, and yearly targets that align with company objectives.
  • Monitoring Progress and Performance: Closely monitor monthly and quarterly targets, ensuring alignment with company standards and performance metrics.
  • Driving Sales and Improving Standards: Develop strategic plans to drive profitable sales, enhance venue standards, and promote customer satisfaction.
  • Recruitment, Motivation, and Talent Management: Recruit, motivate, develop, and manage top talent within the venue, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other key partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel as an Executive Operations Director, you will need:

  • 5+ years of Management or Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a strong understanding of strategic leadership and organisational development.
  • 5+ years of Hospitality and Events Sector Experience: Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, with a focus on driving sales, improving standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in Managing a P&L: Strong financial management skills, with the ability to monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Proven Track Record of Achieving Sales and Performance Targets: Demonstrable success in driving sales growth, improving performance metrics, and delivering business results.
