Aerospace Product Line Manager

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to fill the position of Aerospace Product Line Manager at Peregrine, a leading provider of flexible solutions for resourcing needs.
Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Technical Project Lead, driving business growth and delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product strategies, leading cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring efficient product development and launch.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs, conduct market research, and identify trends. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and data analysis will be invaluable in making data-driven decisions and prioritizing features.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology domain, with experience in product management, DevOps engineering, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with 3+ years of experience in working as part of product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product strategies and plans aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient product development and launch
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Analyse performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration)
- 3+ years of experience in working as part of product teams as a DevOps engineer, preferably within a related technology domain
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Data-driven approach to decision making with experience in product analytics and user research
