About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Lettings Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day tasks within their property portfolio are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the team: assisting with listing new properties, managing applications, and arranging compliance certificates;
  • Office management: welcoming clients, maintaining stock levels, and producing information packs;
  • Key management: tagging and logging keys, following up with contractors, and auditing the system;
  • Data systems: updating tenant, landlord, and property details, and supporting website updates;
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new IT software;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Customer service orientated;
  • Previous work experience in a lettings agency or familiarity with the lettings process.
