Equinox Pilates Training Program Lead
We are seeking an experienced Pilates Coach to lead our Pilates training program and drive growth and innovation within our fitness community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Pilates programs that meet the needs of our diverse client base. This includes creating engaging and challenging workouts, assessing client progress, and providing feedback and coaching to help clients achieve their goals. You will also collaborate with other fitness professionals to develop new programs and services, and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and research in Pilates and fitness. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in Pilates instruction and certification from a reputable program. A minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education is required. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$100,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
