Job Title: Quality Assurance Support Chemist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Support Chemist to join our team at CK Group - Science, Clinical and Technical. As a Quality Assurance Support Chemist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our chemical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Batch Release Management: Release products and oversee processes, reviewing, approving, and managing release of products from our site.
  • Identifying and Escalating Issues: Clearly communicate concerns quickly and collaborate with other site teams and functions to smoothly release planning and execution.
  • Customer Complaint Support: Assist in investigating customer complaints via lab analysis, using analytical techniques such as viscometry, FTIR, and Lapshear.
  • Audit Support: Assist in managing site audit process and collaborating with other site teams and functions.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in SAP and Labworks (or similar).
  • Experience/education in the laboratory, including using analytical techniques.
  • University degree or equivalent in Chemistry.
