About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Line ICT Support Specialist to join our team at Air IT Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions using our ticketing system
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT support, preferably in a service desk environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients at all levels
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and Windows desktops
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of ITIL and service management principles, with a passion for continuous learning and development
