Homelessness Support Specialist

We are looking for a Homelessness Support Specialist to join our City Mobile Intervention Support team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will work with individuals who are rough sleeping to identify their support needs and develop plans to help them achieve sustainable and permanent accommodation.
You will assess the support needs of new clients, manage a caseload, and work alongside partner agencies to ensure that clients are accessing appropriate support. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to supporting people to achieve the best outcomes, and the ability to carry out administrative tasks alongside practical support work.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,434 per annum, plus a range of benefits including generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and excellent development opportunities.
