About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness. As a Housing Support Specialist, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized plans and provide ongoing support to ensure they achieve stable housing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the housing sector and a passion for delivering high-quality services that make a positive impact.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement personalized plans to help clients achieve stable housing.
  2. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as needed.
  3. Work closely with clients to identify and address underlying issues that may be contributing to their homelessness.
  4. Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of housing policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
