Internal Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead to join our team at ErecruitSmart Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
">The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience.
">Key responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership:
- Set clear performance goals and monitor progress
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve team performance
- Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings and monthly team meetings
Sales Management:
The Sales Lead will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
This will involve:
- Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue from trade accounts
- Identifying new opportunities, partnerships and markets
