Job Title: Asset and Facilities Management Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Asset and Facilities Management team. As an Asset and Facilities Management Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of our assets are commensurate with business demands, minimizing costs and program implications of service interruptions. You will also be responsible for day-to-day management and operational interface with Shared Services to ensure safety, uptime, and optimum quality of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Asset and Facilities Management team to ensure the delivery of hard and soft facility management services
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure asset availability and performance are aligned with business demands
  • Manage the operational interface with Shared Services to ensure safety, uptime, and optimum quality of facilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Proven track record of delivering results in asset and facilities management, with a focus on hard and soft facility management services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions to complex problems
